Common questions

Before you ship

What documents do I need to clear customs in SVG?
At minimum: a commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading or airway bill, plus any permits required for your specific goods. Requirements vary by shipment — send us your paperwork before your cargo ships and we'll confirm exactly what's needed.
Can you clear a vehicle I'm importing?
Yes — vehicles are one of the most common shipments we clear, along with containers, appliances, building materials, and furniture. Message us the vehicle details and shipping documents and we'll walk you through duties and the clearance process.
How long does clearance take?
With complete, correct documents, most shipments clear shortly after arrival. Delays almost always come from missing or incorrect paperwork — which is why we review everything before your cargo lands.
Do you work with freight forwarders?
Yes — a large part of our work is acting as the local clearing agent for international forwarders shipping cargo into SVG. Contact us to set up a partnership.
What does clearance cost?
Fees depend on the type of shipment and goods. Message us with your shipment details and we'll give you a clear quote — including estimated duties — before you commit.
